Authorize.net: They did issue a full refund
Authorize.net has, after I argued with them for a week or so, come around from a complete and final refusal to a full refund. I'm glad they finally saw the light and I thank for that.
As for the siilliness of recording calls and forbidding you to record the same call, I think Tim Panton summed it up best:
"If they say 'Your call may be recorded' it is them actually giving you permission."
Sounds reasonable to me!
