Why I am so happy with Amazon this month

I somehow purchased two of the same DVD on Amazon, shipped to Europe. With many retailers, you wouldn't get much sympathy ("it's your fault").

 - doesn't ask why you need to return the item

 - prints your shipping label and RM Slip

 - emails as soon as they receive the item

 - emails again when they've checked ther item condition and if it's ok, confirm that they have reimbursed you.

 - Amazon doesn't give you a credit, the repay the amount to your bank account.

 I have never, ever dealt with a better company than Amazon.

 In fact this year, I have had trouble with two companies over much simpler issues where they could have shown how great they are; Instead, they lost me as a customer forever.
